The Annual Meeting of the Austrian Society of Cardiology („Jahrestagung der Österreichischen Kardiologischen Gesellschaft“) took place in Salzburg from 1st – 4th June 2016. The CARE Lab contributed to the meeting with poster presentations, oral presentations and chairing of sessions. We are very happy to announce that Daniela Lobenwein and Can Tepeköylü were awarded with the renown „Wolfgang Denk-Preis“ ﾠ(Austrian Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery) for their publication dealing with the regeneration of ischemic spinal cord injury by shock waves.
